Faith In Action

As a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition, our identity and mission is shaped by the life and teachings of Jesus, and the Charism of Blessed Edmund Rice with a focus on presence, compassion, liberation and advocacy.

St Patrick's fosters social justice and faith formation through outstanding Religious Education, retreat experiences, liturgies, immersions and service programs. These programs provide life-changing experiences for all involved. St Patrick's also strives to ensure our Identity is not confined to these specific programs but inspires all that we do at the College. This is reflected in the College curriculum, College events, and daily opportunities that promote justice and peace, with a particular focus on the poor and marginalised.

“Through our touchstones, St Patrick’s College provides a Liberating Education where students are encouraged to challenge inequity and see the innate dignity in the hearts of all they meet. Our strong Faith Formation through our Religious Education Curriculum, immersions, retreats, service and liturgical celebrations creates a welcoming and inclusive community.”
